2024年1月学期

1项 graduation requirements have changed! Please read below as the changes impact each graduating class slightly differently. We strongly encourage students to take a 1项 class this year whether required or not. 1项 is a truly unique opportunity to explore new topics, 在校内或通过旅行, 培养终身学习的热情.

JAN classes can no longer be dual-designated with other Core requirements. Students seeking to take a Core requirement during January may consider taking one of the “CORE” classes offered. Attendance is an important obligation and an essential condition for successful academic progress. Absences may seriously jeopardize the satisfactory completion of a course, 特别是在一月学期的密集形式中，一节课大约相当于一个长学期中一周的课. Accordingly, students are generally permitted just one 旷课不受处分.

If you are able to register for a 1项 course, you may have your name placed on a waitlist for 另一门课程. If you are unable to register for a course, you may have your name placed on the waitlist 最多两道菜.

Proposals

Academic credit is granted for demonstrated academic learning.
